照烧鸡腿
鲜嫩的鸡腿肉,裹着厚厚的照烧汁,铺在热腾腾的的米饭上,咬一口鲜美异常,饭粒上还沾着甜甜的酱汁,那是个啥滋味儿呢?

  • 米酒1大勺
  • 大蒜5、6瓣
  • 姜片10几片
  • 蚝油1大勺
  • 味极鲜酱油1小勺
  • 生抽1小勺
  • 冰糖1大勺
  • 开水1大勺
  • 食用油2大勺

Steps to make 照烧鸡腿

  • 1.鸡腿洗净去骨,切成大块儿
  • 2.加入米酒,抓匀;
  • 3.腌制15分钟左右;
  • 4.入锅前,用厨房纸或消毒毛巾擦干水分;
  • 5.蚝油、味极鲜酱油、生抽、冰糖一起放进小碗,加入开水,调匀至冰糖基本融化,成调味汁备用;
  • 6.生姜切片,大蒜拍松切成粗粒;
  • 7.起炒锅,热锅入凉油,加入2大勺食用油,小火煸炒姜蒜至出香味儿;
  • 8.肉皮朝下,放入鸡腿肉块儿,小火煎制出油;
  • 9.翻面继续煎制,至两面微微有点儿焦黄;
  • 10.下入调味汁,转中大火,继续煎制;
  • 11.收至汤汁浓稠,均匀沾裹在鸡肉上;
  • 12.出锅,装盘即可。
