蔓越梅饼干
第一次做,还算成功,成品有点甜,大家可以食量减少糖霜分量

  • 低筋面粉150克
  • 糖霜60克
  • 蔓越梅干30克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油75克

Steps to make 蔓越梅饼干

  • 1.材料称重
  • 2.黄油隔水融化
  • 3.加入霜糖与鸡蛋搅拌
  • 4.加入蔓越梅搅拌
  • 5.加入低筋面粉搅拌
  • 6.搅拌均匀后,倒入铺上保鲜膜的面板
  • 7.尽量压成长方块,如果有磨具更好了,完成后放入冷冻室速冻1小时
  • 8.取出后,撕开保鲜膜,切成0.5cm薄片
  • 9.均匀切片
  • 10.烤箱铺层锡纸,间隔2cm均匀摆放,上下火烤20分钟,我用的焗炉,火不匀称,中间需上下换一次盘
  • 11.成品
