  • 1.把鸡腿斩成小块。
  • 2.下入热水中焯水后沥干水分。
  • 3.栗子洗净去皮备用。
  • 4.锅中放入少量的油,爆香八角下入鸡块煸炒至微黄。倒出多余的油脂。
  • 5.加入酱油 糖 料酒煸炒均匀。
  • 6.加入葱姜继续煸炒。
  • 7.加入热水没过鸡肉。
  • 8.放入剥好皮的栗子。大火烧开。
  • 9.转小火焖至20分钟,加入盐调味,收干汤汁即可。
