妈妈做的香辣酱,有点咸,所以每次用很少就够了。上周回娘家吃饭,看到妈妈用葱蒸了一碗,沾了点尝尝,蒸后的香辣酱,不仅有葱香,面而且香辣酱还蒸出了一些红油,更香更下饭了,咸味也相对的淡了许多。
