    Steps to make 蔬菜精肉水饺

    • 1.锅里加少许水烧开,加入花椒煮2分钟, 过滤待用。
    • 2.清水加少许精盐化开倒入面粉和成面团。
    • 3.和好的面团放入盆中盖好待用。
    • 4.精肉铰成肉馅,加入姜末、自制花椒水、酱油、耗油、香油、花生油、精盐顺时针搅拌均匀。
    • 5.菠菜开洗净开水烫去叶酸,捏去水分剁碎,韭菜摘净洗净切成小段(要小一点哦)
    • 6.菜肉搅拌均匀。
    • 7.取面团做成小剂子,擀皮包成水饺。
    • 8.锅开后下入水饺,水开一次就倒小半碗凉水,到三次水开即可。
