经典意式肉酱面

  • 辣椒油2勺(不喜欢的可以不放)

Steps to make 经典意式肉酱面

  • 1.准备1小把意大利面、1个番茄、1小块去皮五花肉(肉肉可根据自己喜好选择五花或纯瘦肉)、1个鸡蛋。
  • 2.西红柿切成小丁。
  • 3.肉切小丁。
  • 4.锅内烧水,加入少许油,至水开,下入肉酱面慢煮8—10分钟。煮成这个样子捞出放入冷水(冰水最好)至冷却后,沥干水分备用。
  • 5.肉粒下入锅内煸炒至微缩,下入准备好的葱姜蒜末,再撒上一丢丢盐、一点点辣椒油(不喜欢的不放)。炒好后盛出备用。不喜欢食肉的小可爱这一步可以忽略,不放肉。
  • 6.锅热下入一点点油,下入番茄粒翻炒。
  • 7.炒至浓稠汤汁状加入适量盐,再加入少许水。
  • 8.炒至汤汁第二次沸腾,下入炒好的肉粒再炒半分钟左右。
  • 9.接着下入意面。
  • 10.翻炒2分钟左右。
  • 11.出锅装盘。
  • 12.再配上一个荷包蛋~完美~
  • 13.成品。
