牛肉抓饭
抓饭是新疆的特色饭,以前只在抓饭店或是兰州拉面吃过,自己亲手做抓饭今天还是第一次尝试。自己做的虽然没有外面吃的卖相好,但是可以把味道调试的更适合家人和自己的口味。

  • 胡萝卜一小个
  • 地瓜半个
  • 大米大半碗
  • 洋葱半个
  • 鸡精少许
  • 生姜一块
  • 大葱一段

Steps to make 牛肉抓饭

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.牛肉切块状
  • 3.洋葱、生葱切丝,大葱切段
  • 4.胡萝卜和地瓜切条状
  • 5.锅烧热后加入食用油,下入牛肉和生姜丝、大葱翻炒均匀
  • 6.加入配菜翻炒均匀,加入食盐
  • 7.加入适量的水煮开,水不宜过多刚到菜下面一点为宜
  • 8.把淘洗好的大米铺上菜上
  • 9.大米煮至蒸气起后小火焖十五分钟
  • 10.打开盖子散出热气后用筷子中间叉上几个小洞
  • 11.盖上盖子小火再焖个十五分钟
  • 12.加少量的鸡精提味,拌均匀即可开吃了
