  • 1.虾、花蛤、目鱼、粉丝、葱、牛肉辣酱
  • 2.绿豆粉丝提前用温水泡开,沥干水份待用。
  • 3.将葱、姜洗净,葱切末,姜切片待用。
  • 4.将花蛤、虾、目鱼头洗净,目鱼切成长条待用。
  • 5.汤锅下水烧开,把虾、花蛤、目鱼一起放入焯水。
  • 6.焯好捞出。
  • 7.炒锅热油,中火放入姜。
  • 8.然后放入虾、花蛤、目鱼。
  • 9.翻炒几下,倒入黄酒。
  • 10.放入水。
  • 11.放入酱油。
  • 12.煮开,放入粉丝。
  • 13.翻炒,放入牛肉辣酱。
  • 14.放入少量盐、鸡精,撒入葱花。
