抹茶年轮饼干
这几天天天都折腾到很晚才睡觉,就做这些饼干,妈妈说我是走火入魔了,好吧,我承认了……
这款饼干特意加了抹茶,因为表姐喜欢抹茶味的任何东西,做了些给她带回家……

  • 黄油60g
  • 糖粉28g
  • 蛋液34g
  • 抹茶粉5g

Steps to make 抹茶年轮饼干

  • 1.室温软化的黄油加入糖粉,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 2.分2次加入蛋液,每次需搅打至完全融合再加下一次。
  • 3.筛入低粉,用橡皮刮刀切拌均匀。
  • 4.用手轻抓整形成面团。
  • 5.将面团分成2份,一份要比另一份少5g。
  • 6.将少5g的一份面团中,加入5g抹茶粉,用手迅速抓匀。(我这抓得不太匀,早知道就不偷懒,分两次揉面了)
  • 7.将抹茶面团用擀面杖擀成2mm的长方形薄片,将四周切平整。
  • 8.然后将白色面团也擀成2mm的薄片,参照抹茶面片切出相同大小的长方形。
  • 9.两张面片重叠后,用擀面杖轻轻擀一下稍压紧。
  • 10.借助保鲜膜将面片卷起压。如果不用保鲜膜的话面片很容易散掉。
  • 11.卷的时候稍稍用力,使其紧密贴合。放入冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 12.取出后切成3mm的圆片。
  • 13.烤箱预热150度,中层,上下火,18分钟。
  • 14.考好后取出晾凉即可。
