  • 1.制作寿司醋:盐,糖,白醋,以1:5:10的比例倒在一起,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 2.蒸好的米饭晾凉,海苔切碎沫,香肠和萝卜条分别切碎粒。(黄色的萝卜条超市里有卖)
  • 3.把调制好的寿司醋倒入米饭里搅拌均匀。(寿司醋要少量多次加入,可以尝下味道,不要一下倒太多哦)
  • 4.倒入海苔碎,香肠、萝卜粒和芝麻。(图中用的是熟芝麻,这样会更香。)
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.取圆形模具,放到食品袋上(防沾)。
  • 7.模具里填入米饭。
  • 8.掀起来食品袋的一角,盖住米饭(防沾),用手压实。如果不够饱满就再添加点米饭。
  • 9.压实后的米饭,表面平整。
  • 10.手指沾少许水,往下转圈按压米团,很容易脱模,依次做好。
  • 11.砧板上放上肉松,把米饭团周边沾上满满的肉松。
  • 12.两块组合到一起,放上喜欢的水果做点缀。
  • 13.两块组合到一起,贴上绿绿的蔬菜叶子,圣女果切“米”字刀做点缀。
  • 14.也可以沾上鱼子酱,放上瓜片,水果之类的。
  • 15.光看颜色就很有食欲,口感非常丰富~~~
