大葱爆羊肉

  • 大葱1棵
  • 生姜数片
  • 蒜头4瓣
  • 葱白数段
  • 小米椒1个
  • 黑椒粉少许
  • 玉米淀粉1勺
  • 鸡精少许
  • 酱油少许

Steps to make 大葱爆羊肉

  • 1.羊肉洗净沥干水,切薄片。
  • 2.切好的羊肉放入容器中,加入葱姜蒜。
  • 3.调入盐,鸡精,酱油,孜然粉和黑椒粉。
  • 4.再加入玉米淀粉和一勺玉米油。
  • 5.用筷子搅拌均匀,静置10分钟左右。
  • 6.大葱斜刀切片,生姜切丝,蒜头切片,小米椒切圈。
  • 7.锅中加入油,大火烧热,放入蒜片,生姜,小米椒和一半的大葱,煸出香味。
  • 8.倒入羊肉翻炒。
  • 9.炒至颜色变白,调入盐和鸡精。
  • 10.翻炒均匀后下入剩余的大葱,继续翻炒。
  • 11.炒至大葱微软,调入少许孜然粉炒匀即可关火。
  • 12.出锅装盘。
  • 13.上桌快快享用吧。
  • 14.肉质细嫩,翻炒美味。
