五仁金瓜煲
南瓜又称为饭瓜,金瓜,富含维生素和果胶,具有排毒美容的功效,南瓜还含有丰富的钴,能活跃人体的新陈代谢,促进造血功能,防止糖尿病,降低血糖。多吃南瓜有很多好处呢。
这菜也是网上浙菜菜谱里搜来的,我略作了改动,加入腊肠,令此菜吃起来更加香,很符合家人的口味,一个小南瓜居然吃光光呢。

  • 五仁半碗
  • 腊肠2根
  • 2根
  • 玉米油1大匙
  • 蚝油1大匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 少许

Steps to make 五仁金瓜煲

  • 1.用擀面杖把花生,核桃,胡桃擀碎,与葵瓜子,杏仁片混合。
  • 2.葱切葱花备用。
  • 3.小南瓜去皮切小块。
  • 4.腊肠去衣,切片。
  • 5.砂锅放油,把葱白爆出香味。
  • 6.放入腊肠煸炒出油。
  • 7.放入南瓜炒片刻。
  • 8.放入一半五仁拌匀。
  • 9.注入清水,放入蚝油,盐和糖拌匀。
  • 10.大火烧开,转中火烧约10分钟至南瓜软烂。
  • 11.撒上剩余的五仁和葱花即可。
  • 12.色泽金黄,咸甜软糯。
