    Steps to make 甜甜圈

    • 1.甜甜圈的主面团跟我们做的吐司面团是一样的 在这里我就不一次又一次的重复了(我的菜单里有)其次大家要准备 巧克力和彩针糖
    • 2.基础发酵之后的面团排气擀成0.7厘米厚的片
    • 3.用模具压好 去掉中间的小圆圈
    • 4.放到烤盘上 最好放一张油纸防止粘连 放到烤箱里进行二次发酵 50分钟左右
    • 5.油加热到8成热后小心放入甜甜圈 炸制金黄色翻面 捞出晾凉备用
    • 6.捞出晾凉备用
    • 7.千克力隔水融化轻轻放入甜甜圈蘸一面即可
    • 8.趁巧克力余热撒上彩针糖 (冬天千克力室温即可干硬 夏天需放入冰箱冷藏)
    • 9.真好玩 哈哈
