Steps to make 蜜汁排骨

  • 1.将切成寸段的排骨放入碗中, 加入适量的盐、姜片和蒜片;
  • 2.再加入叉烧酱、生抽、料酒和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后加盖放入冰箱中腌制二个小时以上;
  • 3.将腌好的排骨连同腌制的汁一起倒入电饭煲中;
  • 4. 再加入适量的水, 水以刚刚没过原料为好;
  • 5.按下煮饭功能键, 程序完成了就表示排骨煮好了;
  • 6.烧锅水, 加入适量的盐和几滴油,下入西兰花焯水;
  • 7. 将焯过水的西兰花沿着盘子的一圈摆放好;
  • 8.将煮好的排骨从电饭煲倒入干净的锅中, 捞出腌制时的姜片等;
  • 9. 大火收汁(必要时可以再加入点盐);
  • 10.让汁完全收干,直至煸炒排骨中部分油脂, 表面微微的发焦即可。
  • 11.装入盘中。
