香酥炸蘑

Steps to make 香酥炸蘑

  • 1.蘑菇洗净,切条。用盐腌至一段时间。
  • 2.把蘑菇里的水挤净,放入五香粉,鸡精搅拌均匀。
  • 3.鸡蛋打开只留蛋清,抽打成泡沫
  • 4.抽打好的蛋清倒入腌好的蘑菇里,搅拌,放入干淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 5.油烧热,依次放入 蘑菇 最好先盖上锅盖用小火炸,
  • 6.油不往外溅后打开锅盖,炸制金黄色,捞出食用。也可以蘸番茄酱 或撒上孜然粉,辣椒粉等
