  • 1.材料备齐,水烧开!
  • 2.王后全麦粉,盐混合后加入开水。
  • 3.放入ACA厨师机中开始揉面。
  • 4.揉到光滑即可,不用出膜!滚圆盖保鲜膜静置20分钟。
  • 5.将面团分成4或者5份,滚圆备用
  • 6.取面团擀成直径约20厘米的圆片。
  • 7.学厨平底锅中不用放油,直接放上面片。
  • 8.小火先加热2,3分钟,再翻面加热2分钟即可
  • 9.出锅放凉备用。
  • 10.取做好的全麦饼,涂适量低脂辣椒酱,或者你喜欢的其他酱料。
  • 11.放1片生菜,鸡胸肉撕成条放在上面。
  • 12.卷起定型,切段食用!
