  • 鹌鹑蛋250克
  • 老抽1大勺
  • 生抽2大勺
  • 海鲜酱1大勺
  • 白糖2大勺

Steps to make 竹笋烧肉

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.竹笋去壳在盐开水锅里焯烫1分钟左右捞出过凉水。
  • 3.鹌鹑蛋煮熟去壳。
  • 4.五花肉切块加清水,葱,姜,料酒烧开再焖两分钟,然后用温水洗净肉块表面的血沫待用。
  • 5.热锅凉油,煸香葱,姜片。
  • 6.加入肉块中火翻炒1分钟。
  • 7.加入料酒,老抽,海鲜酱炒上色。
  • 8.加入热水,鹌鹑蛋烧开,改小火炖三十分钟左右。
  • 9.加入竹笋,生抽,白糖。
  • 10.大火烧开,小火炖二十分钟左右。
  • 11.再大火将汤汁收浓稠就可以。
