  • 1.虾去虾线冷水下锅,加姜片,花椒汆一下
  • 2.锅里多放点油,用中火把虾炸一下
  • 3.等到虾壳开始变脆的时候加入江蓉蒜蓉和一点点料酒,一点点就好
  • 4.加入一勺蚝油继续翻炒
  • 5.加入葱和一点盐在炒一下下让让葱味散发出来就好了
