Steps to make 果干酸奶小面包

  • 1.食材准备好。
  • 2.酸奶、鸡蛋、盐和白砂糖一起放入面包机内胆里。
  • 3.放入面粉和酵母粉。
  • 4.启动揉面程序,第二次揉面开始时放入黄油继续和面。
  • 5.放入蔓越莓干和切碎的柠檬蜜饯。
  • 6.揉面完成后,面团留在面包机里发酵,这个状态就是发酵好了的。
  • 7.移至面板,揉匀排气。
  • 8.分成小剂子,揉圆码放到烤盘。
  • 9.放入烤箱二次发酵。
  • 10.刷一层蜂蜜水。
  • 11.送入烤箱,175度预热五分钟,上下火烤20分钟。
  • 12.取出晾凉。
  • 13.即食。
