  • 动物性淡奶油100ml
  • 细砂糖15克

Steps to make 香蕉班戟

  • 1.鸡蛋加入糖粉中搅打均匀
  • 2.倒入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉轻轻拌匀
  • 4.黄油融化成液态,加入面糊中搅拌均匀,之后放那静置20分钟左右
  • 5.将静置后的材料过筛
  • 6.平底锅小火加热,倒入一大勺面糊,转动锅子让面糊摊成圆饼状
  • 7.等表面凝结成半透明状即可
  • 8.做好的面皮放那晾晾冷却
  • 9.这时候将淡奶油放入无油无水的盆里,加入细砂糖用打蛋器打发,提起打蛋器有小尖角
  • 10.冷却后的奶皮上加一勺打发好的奶油
  • 11.放入一小段剥皮的香蕉
  • 12.再抹上一点奶油,然后对折两次包起来
  • 13.吃的时候收口朝下,用小刀在中间轻轻切开即可
  • 14.美味的享受!
