自制港式经典甜品【杨枝甘露】
杨枝甘露是一款经典的港式甜品

Details of ingredients

  • 大芒果1个(约830克)
  • 西柚2瓣
  • 小西米50g
  • 淡奶100g(不是淡奶油)
  • 椰浆200ml(不是椰树牌椰汁)
  • 细砂糖适量(根据芒果甜度调味)
  • 薄荷叶适量(装饰用)

Steps to make 自制港式经典甜品【杨枝甘露】

  • 1.锅中放足量的水,水开后倒入小西米
  • 2.大火煮开后转中小火煮10分钟左右,煮至中间只剩一个小白点
  • 3.关火,盖上锅盖焖10至15分钟到完全透明
  • 4.待西米完全透明后,取出过一遍凉开水并沥干
  • 5.这时处理大芒果,芒果侧切,中间留出1cm左右的果核部份,用水果刀切成两个半片,用刀尖在果肉上交错划刀,然后顶住果皮掰开
  • 6.取下中间整齐的芒果粒做装饰,形状不规整的用于打泥
  • 7.把芒果、椰浆、淡奶和糖放入搅拌机内
  • 8.打成芒果泥备用
  • 9.剥好西柚
  • 10.取容器,先放一层小西米再倒入打好的芒果泥拌匀
  • 11.、加入芒果丁、西柚、薄荷叶装饰
  • 12.放冰箱冷藏一两个小时再吃,味道更佳
