  • 1.准备食材。猪蹄两个(处理干净后,斩成小块,用清水浸泡两个小时)、番茄三个、姜一小块。

  • 3.番茄顶部划十字花刀。然后放入开水中去皮。
  • 4.番茄切小丁、姜切片。
  • 5.猪蹄第一次焯水。猪蹄冷水下锅,煮开后,撇去浮沫。猪蹄捞出备用。
  • 6.猪蹄第二次焯水。锅中加入适量的温水,放入猪蹄,然后加入少许料酒,姜片。大火烧开后转小火再煮二十分钟。然后捞出备用。
  • 7.炒锅内加入少量的油,油热后倒入番茄翻炒匀均,加入少许的番茄酱、糖继续翻炒。
  • 8.将猪蹄倒入锅内翻炒匀均后放少许的盐调味。
  • 9.倒入适量的热水充分煮开。
  • 10.将炒锅内的猪蹄与汤倒入高压锅。选择蹄筋按钮。
  • 11.炖好后就可以盛出开动了。
