肉丝炒意面
这是中西合璧的炒面,其实意粉与中国人的面条相差不远,炒起来也不容易碎,再加点肉菜,很是美味,这种做法很随意,就着冰箱里的材料来炒,因地制宜,请别扮一副大师样告诉我应该加什么什么更好,没有更好,当时就这么样了,说不定下次我又会用别的材料,只是想与大家分享用唐人的方法炒西方人的食材,也一样美味。

  • 猪肉约100克
  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 香葱2棵
  • 黄菜椒1条
  • 红菜椒1条
  • 生姜1块
  • 蒜头2粒
  • 红葱头1个
  • 精盐1/4小勺
  • 胡椒粉1/4小勺
  • 料酒1/2大勺
  • 玉米淀粉1小勺
  • 菜油1大勺
  • 精盐1/2小勺
  • 菜油1大勺
  • 生抽1大勺
  • 蚝油1大勺
  • 胡椒粉1/4小勺

Steps to make 肉丝炒意面

  • 1.把瘦肉切丝,加入精盐1/4小勺、胡椒粉1/4小勺、料酒1/2大勺、玉米淀粉1小勺,抓均匀,再加菜油1大勺,抓均匀。
  • 2.把洋葱、香葱、红椒和黄椒切丝。
  • 3.把生姜和蒜头拍扁,葱头切片。
  • 4.烧一锅开水,加精盐1/2小勺和菜油1大勺,放入意面,煮至透心。
  • 5.捞起面条,用冷水冲洗,沥水。
  • 6.锅置炉上,大火,倒入洋葱丝,翻炒至三至四成熟起锅。
  • 7.锅加油,改中火,加入姜葱蒜,倒入肉丝,炒至断生,盛起备用,锅留油。
  • 8.倒入意面,烹入生抽1大勺、蚝油1大勺、胡椒粉1/4小勺,翻炒均匀。
  • 9.加入肉丝、洋葱丝、辣椒丝和香葱丝,兜均匀,出锅,享用。Enjoy !
