芝士培根焗生蚝
某些餐馆做的芝士烤生蚝简直是华而不实,盖着半厘米厚的芝士,实在不应该叫烤生蚝,应该叫“烤芝士”。这本该是entree/前菜(不应该被一大块芝士填饱肚子),用小型的可生吃的生蚝烤制最合适,刚好一口吃掉一个,重点应该是生蚝独具的带金属感的鲜味,而轻微的芝士奶香和熏肉油香作为点缀。

Steps to make 芝士培根焗生蚝

  • 1.全部材料。
  • 2.培根和蒜瓣切粒,小锅加一丁点油(培根炒制时会出很多油),开中火把培根和蒜瓣煸香。
  • 3.生蚝简单冲洗一下,沥水。
  • 4.把炒过的培根和蒜分到每个生蚝里。
  • 5.再铺一层芝士。烤箱180度,烤5分钟左右,烤制的时间不重要,把芝士烤化就可以了。我买的生蚝是可以生吃的。体型较大的,不适合生吃的生蚝,烤制时间可适当延长。
  • 6.撒点欧芹碎,开吃。
