  • 黄瓜1根
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 火腿肠1根
  • 肉松10g
  • 紫菜1张

Steps to make 手卷寿司

  • 1.胡萝卜洗净切细段,沸水焯煮1分钟;黄瓜,切成细长条,长度和紫菜的宽度一致;火腿肠细长条;日本萝卜切长条;
  • 2.将煮好的米饭盛出,放凉至不烫手的温度,放入食盐、寿司醋拌匀
  • 3.寿司帘洗净擦干,放在干净的砧板上,将紫菜放在竹帘上;
  • 4.带上一次性手套,抓取米饭,均匀的平铺在紫菜上,铺满;不要铺的太厚,约0.5cm的厚度就可以;
  • 5.把食材沿着紫菜下端依次往上放,最后撒上肉松
  • 6.开始从下往上卷紫菜,卷的时候注意不要把帘子卷到饭里,要一边卷,一边往上拉竹帘。卷好后用力握几下,固定形状,防止切的时候变形散掉;
  • 7.注意切紫菜包饭要用比较锋利的刀,每切完一刀就要把刀刃擦拭干净再切下一刀。
