Steps to make 咖喱蟹

  • 1.处理好螃蟹(如何杀螃蟹请搜索视频,网上很多,只要一把大剪刀就可以搞定全部;刚好新买的厨房大剪刀可以派上用场了),洗净切块,裹上面粉,待炸
  • 2.油锅多放点油,烧热,下点葱姜爆一爆。
  • 3.把螃蟹块大火过油,不停翻炒,全部变红后捞起沥油 ,待用
  • 4.切好配料,
  • 5.接下来开始做咖喱;锅洗净,小火下黄油,融化(我这黄油因为沾了点咖喱粉,所以这个颜色,没有焦哦)。
  • 6.倒入辣椒末,洋葱末,姜蒜,用小火炒香。
  • 7.倒入咖喱粉,小火迅速翻炒下。
  • 8.加入适量水和香茅,葱段,稍煮,成咖喱汁
  • 9.把螃蟹倒入咖喱汁中翻炒
  • 10.加入牛奶,盐和鱼露;收汁。起锅前撒点薄荷叶。起锅后撒上柠檬汁就可以了。
