  • 酵母5克
  • 3克
  • 小苏打粉1.5克
  • 玉米油15克
  • 温水150克

Steps to make 健康油条

  • 1.将酵母、盐、小苏打粉放水温水中溶解
  • 2.加入面粉
  • 3.揉成光滑面团,松弛二十分钟,再加入玉米油揉匀,再松弛二十分钟,重复揉面松弛三次
  • 4.将面团发酵至两倍大
  • 5.把面团撖成0.5CM的面片,松弛二十分钟
  • 6.将面片切成小条
  • 7.两条重叠一起,用筷子在面片中间压道沟即成油条坯(可稍用力压紧,防止油炸时面散开)
  • 8.锅里油加热至高温,约150度,取一油条坯将两端拉长放入油锅炸,翻面至金黄色即可
