Steps to make 八宝鸡

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.先将鸡去内杂,洗净切大块
  • 3.锅内添水,冷水下入鸡块焯血水,倒掉脏水再用热水冲洗干净浮末
  • 4.处理鸡肉之前就在砂锅中注入半锅水,加入盘中除紫苏叶外的所有配料,再加进1大块姜块,适量老抽和料酒。等鸡块处理好时,砂锅也预热好了,此时把鸡块倒入热水中刚刚好。接下来盖盖,开大火烧开转小火慢炖2小时。
  • 5.时间到,开盖放入紫苏叶,盐,枸杞,再炖上3分钟左右即可。此时,肉烂汤量也刚刚好。最后撒上香葱碎就大功告成啦!
