  • 1.主辅料: 乌鸡、红枣
  • 2. 把乌鸡收拾干净,去掉头爪。洗净备用。
  • 3. 选择瓦罐煨汤煲。
  • 4. 瓦罐汤煲里加入冷水,放入备用的乌鸡、姜丝。
  • 5. 烧开后撇净浮沫。
  • 6.然后撇净多余的油脂。
  • 7. 盖盖煲制2小时。
  • 8. 放入洗净的红枣。再盖盖煲制30分钟,然后加盐调味即可上桌食用。
