自制桑葚酱

Steps to make 自制桑葚酱

  • 1.桑葚摘取果蒂。凉白开和盐混合均匀,将桑葚浸泡5分钟,捞起,再用凉白开冲洗一下,控干水分
  • 2.将桑葚和白糖混合,将桑葚表面都裹上白糖,静止半小时,腌制一会
  • 3.腌制过的桑葚连果汁一并倒入锅中,大火烧开,加入20ml柠檬汁。
  • 4.转小火慢慢熬制,直到浓稠,加入余下的柠檬汁搅拌均匀,即可起锅。
  • 5.将煮好的果酱放凉就可以装瓶了。
