红豆薏米水
薏米甘淡微寒,清热利湿,配合着红豆长期喝,有很好的排毒去湿的作用。
但对于体质特别寒的人来说,长期喝会有些不适应。
稍稍做一下改变,将薏米先炒再煮,这个问题就可以解决了。
立秋后,天气依然燥热,薏米红豆水可以接着喝,到阳历十月份后可以不喝了。
这次还加了红枣,也起到中和的作用。

    • 2.将薏米洗后凉干,放在平底锅中,小火慢慢的炒。

    • 4.汤锅加水放入红豆红枣和炒过的薏米,
    • 5.大火烧开后转小火煮四十分钟到一个小时。
    • 6.开锅即可,可以根据自己的口味儿调一些糖或者蜜
