  • 1.鸭蛋底下用小刀通一通,倒出蛋液。
  • 2.将蛋壳彻底冼净晾干备用,还要找个固定的东西,我拿出了冰箱里放蛋的架子。
  • 3.将千日红用沸水冲开。
  • 4.锅里水加热,放入适量白糖融化开。
  • 5.加入适量白凉粉用筷子搅匀关火。
  • 6.将泡好的千日红塞进蛋壳。
  • 7.将凉粉液倒入蛋壳。
  • 8.等冷却后象剥蛋一样剥壳即可。
  • 9.非常漂亮的一款甜品哦!
