  • 花蛤1000克
  • 大葱1/2棵
  • 姜蒜30克
  • 老干妈豆豉1勺
  • 醪糟1勺
  • 干辣椒50克
  • 花椒5克
  • 小茴香3克
  • 味极鲜生抽1勺
  • 老酒1勺
  • 1茶匙
  • 香菜30克

  • 1.姜蒜切片,大葱切片,香菜切末。老干妈豆豉、醪糟
  • 2.干辣椒剪段,干花椒,小茴香
  • 3.花甲开始用清水泡半天,搅拌换几次水。再用浓盐水泡一个小时吐沙
  • 4.小火多油炒香辣椒花椒小茴香
  • 5.再放入豆豉酱、姜蒜片、大葱、醪糟
  • 6.中火炒香
  • 7.大火下花甲,炒匀
  • 8.下盐、老酒,加水末过花甲,盖盖。大火烧开,盖盖中火焖十分钟
  • 9.打开锅盖,花甲全都张着大大的嘴巴在吸收味道呢,大火收汁,下香菜段
  • 10.装盘,开吃
