好吃的蛋黄酥
蛋黄酥每年的这个时候我都会做,一是家人喜欢,另外送亲戚朋友也是非常不错的礼物。以前做蛋黄酥都是用猪油,但有的人不喜欢猪油的味道,所以现在都用黄油来做,用黄油来做蛋黄酥味道是那种黄油的香味,没有猪油的油腻,而且不用熬猪油,更省事了呢。

Steps to make 好吃的蛋黄酥

  • 1.先来准备所需要的食材。
  • 2.再来揉面,先揉的是油酥,把黄油室温软化至手指可以轻松按压出指印为好,加入低筋面粉用手揉匀成团,然后分成6等分备用。
  • 3.再来揉油皮,把所需要的食材放到一起,用手来揉成光滑的面团,放在一边醒一会儿,大约20分钟,再将其分成6等分备用。
  • 4.将油皮包住油酥,再用擀面杖擀成长条状,然后从上向下卷起来,再次将卷好的卷用擀面杖擀成长条状,再从上向下卷起来,然后把卷好的面剂子盖上保鲜膜放在一边松弛30分钟,盖保鲜膜为了防止面团表面风干,出现破酥的情况,取一个松弛好的面团,先用手指在中间按压一下,再把两边向中间按压。
  • 5.然后用擀面杖将其擀开,包入豆沙和咸蛋黄,收口捏紧朝下放在不粘烤盘上。
  • 6.取一个鸡蛋的蛋黄,搅散,用羊毛刷把蛋黄液刷在蛋黄酥的表面,再撒上适量的黑芝麻装饰一下。
  • 7.烤箱预热,上下火,中层180度烤30分钟,出炉温热的时候吃最好吃。
