家里的小朋友特别喜欢吃丸子, 因此总是变着花样做给它吃, 肉丸子、豆腐丸子、鱼丸子。。。 还特别喜欢将蔬菜添加在肉馅中, 做出各种各样的丸子,这样荤素搭配, 营养更均匀。 今天家里没有准备新鲜菜,就只个土豆,还有些肉末,就做些土豆肉丸给小朋友吃,为了吃的更健康,不想开油锅, 就用空气油锅炸熟即可。看着这金黄酥脆的土豆丸子,好诱人呀, 赶紧盛出来端上桌吧。

Steps to make 焦香土豆丸

  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2.将土豆切成小块加入少许盐放在锅中煮熟;
  • 3.土豆煮到用筷子很容易插进去后, 就土豆就煮熟了;
  • 4.将煮熟的土豆拿出去皮;
  • 5.用勺将煮熟的土豆趁热按压成泥;
  • 6.肉末中加入适量的盐、料酒、胡椒粉和姜粉顺着一个方向搅拌上劲;
  • 7.加入土豆泥;
  • 8.带上一次性手套将它们搅拌均匀;
  • 9.将土豆泥搓成大小均匀的小丸;
  • 10.准备好打散的蛋液、淀粉和馒头小丁;
  • 11.将土豆丸依次放入淀粉、鸡蛋液和馒头丁滚一下, 让土豆丸都同样方法均匀的裹上馒头粒;
  • 12.放入空气炸锅中, 180度, 12分钟炸熟即可,吃时搭配自己喜欢的蘸料, 番茄酱、酸辣酱
  • 13.端上桌了;
