Steps to make 樱桃果冻

  • 1.琼脂放入水中充分浸泡半小时,这样能吸收大量水分,完全软化,之后再把水分沥干备用;
  • 2.将新鲜樱桃洗净;
  • 3.去蒂,去核;
  • 4.加白糖用料理机打成樱桃果汁;
  • 5.将果肉用漏网滤出;
  • 6.放入冰糖和琼脂,用小火慢慢煮至琼脂完全溶解;
  • 7.取一个干净的容器,内壁包上保鲜膜,或者涂上一层均匀的色拉油,将琼脂浆倒入盒子中,放进冰箱冷藏;
  • 8.吃时切成块即可。
