  • 1.主要食材合集。
  • 2.鸡爪剪去脚趾,对半切开,泡一下水。
  • 3.鸡爪冷水下锅,加几片姜,1茶匙盐,煮15分钟。
  • 4.萝卜切条加1茶匙盐腌20分钟。
  • 5.鸡爪煮好捞起过凉白开,有冰水更好。
