配方来自玉池桃红的 这个方子做出的南瓜派味道真赞,出炉后一下就分光了,南瓜融入了淡奶油,口感顺滑,香甜,对于原本就是一个南瓜控来讲,更是爱不释手的点心

  • 派馅材料:淡奶油125g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 南瓜250g
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 南瓜派

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.将黄油室温软化,切成小块,加入糖粉、面粉,用手搓成屑状的粗粒
  • 3.加入蛋黄揉成面团
  • 4.用保鲜膜封好,放入冰箱冷藏半小时

  • 6.压成南瓜泥,再加入砂糖搅拌匀
  • 7. 待冷加入鸡蛋搅拌匀
  • 8.再加入淡奶油拌匀成南瓜馅
  • 9.将面团从冰箱取出,上下用保鲜膜盖住,再用擀面杖擀成薄片,放在披萨盘中压紧,去除多余的边缘部分,用叉子在底部插小洞,防止派皮受热膨胀
  • 10.将南瓜派倒入派皮中,9分满即可
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱上下火180度,烤12分钟,转160度烤35分钟(使用长帝电烤箱CKTF-32GS制作)
  • 12.出炉撒上少许的椰蓉
