万圣节南瓜派
这个周末就是西方的万圣节了,应景一下做个南瓜派,实在受不了血淋淋的作品!

  • 砂糖40克
  • 椰蓉15克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶100克
  • 巧克力20克

Steps to make 万圣节南瓜派

  • 1.准备好做南瓜椰蓉馅的材料
  • 2.把牛奶、鸡蛋、熟南瓜、砂糖一起放人杯中
  • 3.用电动料理棒搅打均匀细腻
  • 4.再加入椰蓉搅拌均匀即成内馅
  • 5.飞饼皮放入冰箱冷藏松弛回软后,2片叠在一起用擀面杖擀大
  • 6.把饼皮放人派盘里
  • 7.用滚轮或者钗子叉点小孔后放回冰箱冷藏松弛15分钟
  • 8.取出饼皮,倒入南瓜椰蓉馅
  • 9.烤箱预热好200度烤10分钟后转170度烤25分钟左右
  • 10.烤制南瓜馅凝固即可这是烤好的
  • 11.黑巧克力隔热水融化,在派上画出万圣节图装饰即可
