『家夏』葱爆羊肉 快手食疗养生小炒
最近阴雨连连,整个人都感觉潮乎乎的,决定做个葱爆羊肉祛下体内的湿气,但愿别上火呀~
这道菜做起来十分简单,食材也很好准备,口味却是一级的棒:羊肉鲜香不膻,大葱香味十足,同时又具有补阳调理、壮腰健肾调理、补虚养身的功效,感兴趣的亲建议一试。

  • 青辣椒2个
  • 红辣椒5个
  • 食盐1茶匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 白糖少许
  • 胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 『家夏』葱爆羊肉 快手食疗养生小炒

  • 1.新鲜羊肉洗净冷冻后切薄片,加入料酒、食盐、胡椒粉、酱油、糖、葱姜抓拌均匀腌制20分钟;
  • 2.腌制期间将大葱切段,姜蒜切片,青红辣椒切段备用;
  • 3.热锅入油,加入羊肉滑炒,期间烹入料酒去除膻味,翻炒约一分钟待其变色后盛出;再往锅里加油,倒入葱、蒜、辣椒,煸2分钟至飘出香味,然后加入羊肉继续翻炒均匀;
  • 4.最后加入适量食盐、生抽、白糖少许翻炒均匀,待葱段变软时关火装盘即可;
