杂粮红枣窝窝头
杂粮中膳食纤维多,既有可溶性的,也有不能被人体吸收的粗纤维,一周至少要吃上2顿, 用小米面和玉米面为主,加上上香甜红枣做的窝窝头,想不好吃都难。

Steps to make 杂粮红枣窝窝头

  • 1.. 酵母用温水冲融化,糖桂花备好
  • 2.小米面,玉米面,白面,放入桂花糖
  • 3.放入酵母水搅拌后后和成团饧发
  • 4.大约1个小时饧发好,面团的表面有裂纹状
  • 5.大红枣把枣肉切下来,切碎
  • 6.放入发好的面团中
  • 7.揉匀
  • 8.不用案板,手沾湿,揪下一块面团团圆后做成窝窝头状,大小自定,大一点蒸的时间长一些,反之少时
  • 9.做好的窝窝头直接放入蒸锅,蒸锅要提前烧水,待水烧开,也差不多做完,蒸15分钟左右,时间到焖5分钟在开锅即可。
