果味酥皮月饼
还有一些枣泥馅和菠萝馅,本来想做面包用的,但是小侄子想吃酥皮点心,为了满足他,也因为我也刚好没有做过果味的酥皮月饼,于是就又动手做酥皮,完成了这款果味的酥皮月饼。

  • 菠萝馅120g
  • 油皮1份
  • 水皮1份

Steps to make 果味酥皮月饼

  • 1.面粉50克,黄油50克,和成酥皮面团
  • 2.面粉100克,葡萄籽油30克,开水40克,和成水皮面团。和面时先把油倒入盆里,用开水冲一下,晾凉再和面,这样处理的油,做出的皮格外酥
  • 3.水皮油皮饧一小时左右,用水皮包裹油皮
  • 4.先用擀面杖压开,再擀成片
  • 5.上下对折
  • 6.再左右对折,像叠被子一样
  • 7.饧10分钟左右,再压、擀开,重新叠一遍被子,总共叠3遍
  • 8.最后擀成厚2--3毫米的大片
  • 9.切成圆形
  • 10.再擀薄
  • 11.自己做好的枣泥馅
  • 12.用酥皮包裹枣泥
  • 13.包成圆形的即可
  • 14.同样方法包入菠萝馅
  • 15.全部包好入烤盘,表面刷蛋液,撒芝麻
  • 16.烤箱170度预热5分钟,烤15分钟即可
  • 17.烤好的果味酥皮月饼,都是自己做的果味馅,味道很纯的
