  • 1.准备食材:低筋面粉,白砂糖,玉米油,牛奶,鸡蛋。

  • 3.将打蛋盆坐浴38℃的温水中进行打发。
  • 4.打至蛋黄糊颜色变白,提起打蛋器后盆中的纹路十几秒不会消失。
  • 5.分次筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.用切拌的手法快速翻拌,以免过度翻拌消泡。
  • 7.将装有牛奶和玉米油的碗坐浴温水充分搅拌乳化。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊舀部分放入乳化的牛奶和玉米油碗中,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入蛋糕糊碗中。
  • 10.快速翻拌均匀。
  • 11.倒入6寸模具中以上下火150度预热烤箱。
  • 12.将模具送人烤箱烤60分钟出炉。
