  • 1.黄油切小块,室温软化
  • 2.蔓越莓切碎备用
  • 3.白糖放入软化好的黄油里
  • 4.倒入蛋液拌匀
  • 5.放入蔓越莓
  • 6.再放入低筋粉混合均匀
  • 7.和好的面团
  • 8.把面团整成宽约6cm,高约4cm的长方体,用保鲜膜包住整好的长方体面团,放入冰箱冷冻1小时
  • 9.把冻好的饼干面团切成5-7毫米的厚度
  • 10.烤盘上放上油纸,饼干放到上面,烤箱预热
  • 11.烤箱预热165度,中层,上火165度,下火130度,约20分钟,至表面微金黄色即可,拿出晾凉
