    Steps to make 大排焖面

    • 1.大排洗净用刀背敲散备用。
    • 2.加入适量盐,料酒,生抽,老抽,蚝油,姜末腌制廿分钟入味。
    • 3.热锅冷油,放入腌好的大排煎至两面金黄
    • 4.加入适量热水焖煮半小时,其间准备配菜。
    • 5.锅内加水烧开,加入适量盐,几滴油下青菜烫一分钟,捞出备用。
    • 6.面条备好(湿面哦)。
    • 7.经过半小时的焖煮,大排已酥烂,留点汤汁焖面更美味。
    • 8.把面条铺在上面,淋入少许热水焖煮五分钟。
    • 9.时间到,面已焖好,拌匀即可出锅。
    • 10.装盘食用。
