做过了各种蓝莓、苹果、凤梨百香果酱酱,美厨娘也该搞点新意思咯~无花果是超级健康的水果,然而此果果期超短又不好保存,买一堆吃一半烂一半.....所以趁着最近产量丰富,做点果酱存着,想吃就吃慢慢品尝咯

  • 新鲜无花果1公斤
  • 冰糖200~250克(小颗粒)
  • 柠檬汁50ml

Steps to make 嚼起来咔哧咔哧的无花果酱

  • 1.新鲜无花果洗净,去皮去蒂,沥干备用
  • 2.无花果含糖份较多,冰糖量可以饰个人喜好,柠檬榨汁,无花果切块
  • 3.弄碎的无花果肉中加入冰糖和柠檬汁,搅拌均匀后静置2小时待果胶析出
  • 4.果肉连汁水一起放入锅中加热,注意需要不停搅拌以防粘底并在加热中将表面的浮沫撇除。约20分钟,果酱开始变得稠厚,此时可以加入自己喜爱的香料,如肉桂粉或香草等。继续加热10来分钟,果酱几本成型。
  • 5.果酱倒入沸水消毒过的玻璃瓶,自然冷却后入冰箱冷藏。
