平底锅奶香小面包

Steps to make 平底锅奶香小面包

  • 1.高筋面粉250克过筛,和细砂糖35克混合均匀。
  • 2.加入鸡蛋1个、鲜奶85克、酵母3克。
  • 3.混合均匀,揉成絮状,用筷子和搅拌机都可以。
  • 4.案板撒点面粉,用手揉成团。
  • 5.加入室温软化的无盐黄油20克,手揉成光滑面团。
  • 6.放到湿润温暖的地方,松弛发酵60分钟。
  • 7.发酵涨到2倍大以后取出,手指沾一点面粉,从中间插进去不回弹的话,发酵就完成了。
  • 8.用手按压排气,揉成团。
  • 9.用擀面杖擀成1厘米厚的片状。
  • 10.用擀面杖做标准,切成小块。
  • 11.撒上点面粉。
  • 12.不粘锅不用放油,小火慢煎,两面煎至金黄就完成了。
  • 13.装盘拍照吧,松软小面包完成。
  • 14.还可以加20克奶粉进去,再多加5克牛奶就行了,奶香味会更浓郁哦。
