  • 1.白萝卜洗净切薄片,依据萝卜大小一切为二或一切为四
  • 2.切好的萝卜片装到大罐中,用清水浸泡2个小时,每30分钟换一次水,去除萝卜的辛辣味
  • 3.泡好的萝卜摊在帘子上晾干水分
  • 4.萝卜装到保鲜盒中,按10斤鲜萝卜1.7斤醋、2斤白砂糖、0.4斤酱油、0.3斤盐的比例添加腌制调料,腌制3天即可食用
  • 5.腌好的萝卜片爽脆可口,酸甜适宜,用来当冷盘或佐粥下饭均是极好的选择
