  • 猕猴桃3个
  • 椰蓉20克
  • 食用色素0.1ml

Steps to make 奥利奥水果椰蓉蛋糕

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋分离。
  • 3.蛋白打发。大泡泡时候加入1/3细砂糖。
  • 4.分三次加入细砂糖。
  • 5.蛋白打发到拉起成直立角。
  • 6.蛋黄加入细砂糖打匀。不能打发了!
  • 7.加入色拉油。
  • 8.加入牛奶。用打蛋器把混合物搅匀。
  • 9.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 10.用刮刀上下翻拌。
  • 11.加入1/3打发的蛋白继续拌匀。
  • 12.再次把剩余的蛋白加入拌匀。一定要上下翻拌!拌匀的面糊放入磨具,烤箱预热好,上下火170度,烘培45-50分钟。这以上步骤就是我们戚风蛋糕的步骤。用来做蛋糕胚。
  • 13.淡奶油加入细砂糖打发。
  • 14.成功打发!这次换了一种牌子的瞬间整个人都美好了!
