  • 1.鸡腿洗净擦干水
  • 2.均匀的抹上一层黄酒静止10分钟
  • 3.炒锅放入盐、干红辣椒、干姜片、小茴香、花椒、八角小火炒
  • 4.炒至香味浓郁,盐的颜色发黄
  • 5.凉凉擀碎放入瓶子,用不完的还可以作五香盐
  • 6.鸡腿上均匀的抹满五香盐,装入保鲜袋放入冰箱冷藏一夜
  • 7.第二天拿出冲洗掉鸡腿上的五香盐沥干净水
  • 8.抹上一层油
  • 9.放入蒸锅,大火蒸25分钟,关火后再焖3分钟
  • 10.切件
  • 11.淋上红油
